For the tutorial, we do not need a mask

 1.     

Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 in

 transparency

2.

 Copy
your tube
paste as new layer
Adjust image size
move it in the middle
from your picture

3.

 Copy
AL_element (5)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 50%
move it to the left

4.

 Copy
AL_element (25)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 50%
move it to the left
under Raster2

5.

 Copy
AL_element (38)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 25%
move it next to Raster3

6.

 Copy
AL_element (11)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 25%
move it to the right
under Raster3

7.

 Copy
AL_element (29)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 40%
move it to the right
under Raster6

8.

 Copy
AL_element (13)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 30%
Rotate image 20 degrees to the right
move it to the right
under Raster6

 Copy

paste as new layer
Change image size to 45%
move it to the left
under grid4
take your delete tool
and erase the small pedicle

Copy

Change image size to 45%
move it to the right
under Raster8

Move the layer to the first position
move it the way you like it best
