 Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 
in transparency

 Copy
your tube
and paste it into your picture
Adjust picture size
move it in the middle
from your picture

 Copy
bb (59)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 50%
move it to the left
on Raster2

 Copy
bb (14)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 50%
move it under Raster2

 Copy

paste as new layer
Change image size to 45%
Free Image Rotate 45 degrees to the right
move it to the left
under Raster4
