 Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 
in transparency

  Copy
KBK_RoyalSweetnessCollab (29)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 75%
move it in the middle
from your picture

3.

 Copy
KBK_RoyalSweetnessCollab (43)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 25%
surround the frame with it
my picture looks like this now

when you are satisfied
Delete the layer
with the frame
we do not need them anymore
Grasp all levels
together
Change image size to 85%

Copy
your tube
and paste it into your picture
Adjust picture size
move it in the middle
from your picture

 Copy
