For the tutorial you need a make of your choice

 

1. 
Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 in

 transparency

 

2.

 Copy
DS - CC Element (71)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 65%
move it in the middle
from your picture

 

3.

 Copy
take your wand and click in the middle
from your frame
Change selection enlarge by 10px
Copy
DS - CC Paper 4
paste as new layer
move this level
under your frame
Invert selection
press the DEL key
Deselect

 

4.

 Copy
DS - CC Element (70)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 65%
move it to Raster2

 

5.

 Copy
DS - CC element (4)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 60%
move it to the top
under raster3
Duplicate Layer
Mirror image horizontally
move it down
go back to Raster5
Duplicate it
Rotate the image 90 degrees to the left
move it to the left
Duplicate Layer
Mirror image vertically

 

6.

 Copy
DS - CC element (52)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 20%
move it to the left top
between the star
Duplicate it 4 more times
and put everyone in the same way as me
in the picture

 

7.

 Copy
DS - CC Element (45)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 15%
move it to Raster6
Duplicate it 4 more times
and put it all on
white loops

 Copy
DS - CC element (28)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 85%
move it in the middle
from your picture

 

9.

 Copy
DS - CC element (16)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 35%
move it in the middle
on Raster8

 

10.

 Copy
your tube
and paste it into your picture
Adjust picture size
put it on Raster9

 

11.

 Copy
DS - CC Element (17)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 25%
move it next to Raster9

 Copy
DS - CC Element (10)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 30%
move it to the right
under Raster9

 

13.

 Copy
DS - CC element (41)
paste as new layer
Mirror image vertically
Change image size to 30%
move it to the right
on Raster11

 

14.

 Copy
DS - CC element (12)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 30%
move it under Raster10

 

15.

 Copy
DS - CC element (18)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 30%
move it to the right
under Raster11

Copy

 paste as new layer
move it under Raster5
go on levels
New mask layer
Add mask from image
take this position

 Sum up
Group summarize
Change image size to 85%
