For the tutorial, we do not need a mask

1.

 Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 in

 transparency

2.

 Copy
BD-Element92
paste as new layer
Change image size to 55%
move it in the middle
from your picture

3.

Copy
BD-Element28
paste as new layer
Change image size to 50%
move it to your frame

4.

 Copy
your tube
and paste it into your picture
Adjust image size
move it a little bit to the left

5.

 Copy
BD-Element12
paste as new layer
Change image size to 45%
move it to the left
under Raster4

 Copy
BD-Element41
paste as new layer
Change image size to 50%
move it to Raster5

7.

 Copy

paste as new layer
Change image size to 55%
move it to the left

take your delete tool
and eradicate right
the bullets away

take your freehand selection
and round the left the
butterfly
Copy it
and paste it into your picture
Change image size to 40%
move it to the right
Duplicate layer
Rotate the image vertically
move it a little way down

11.

 Copy
BD-Element15
paste as new layer
Change image size to 40%
move it to the left
under Raster5
Duplicate layer
Image free rotate 30 degrees to the left
move it a little way down

 finished
save in PNG or JPG
